Altay - Alsancak Stadyumu

For Altay Sports Club, we developed illustration and video design work that brought the club’s deep-rooted history and the values embedded in supporter memory into a contemporary visual language.
Our objective was not only to represent Altay’s sporting identity, but also to reinterpret its cultural heritage, legendary figures and stadium memory through a stronger and more expressive visual narrative.

For a historic club like Altay, it was not enough for the content to be visually strong. Every design needed to respect the club’s legacy, resonate emotionally with supporters and reinforce a strong sense of belonging.
Bringing together different symbols such as former footballers, the stadium and legendary characters within one visual world required a careful balance between nostalgia and a contemporary design approach.
We reinterpreted the visual symbols that carry Altay’s legacy through an illustrative language. Drawings of former footballers, an illustration of the stadium that holds an important place in the club’s memory and visual interpretations of legendary figures became the core narrative elements of the project.
We then extended this illustrated world into video design, transforming still visuals into a more immersive and expressive storytelling experience. The result was not simply a set of visual assets, but a cohesive narrative language that honoured Altay’s past, created an emotional connection with supporters and made the club’s cultural identity more visible.
